Publication Artist Jonny Briggs

British artist Jonny Briggs enjoys playing with notions of deception and construction of family and his own childhood. He produces photographic collages and sculptures by blending reality and fiction. Partnering with the artist I designed a bespoke publication to showcase his body of work.

The boundaries of each page change with the imagery, folding out and cropping in, highlighting images about adult and child. Woven and revealed unexpectedly throughout the book are discrete tipped in bible pages. Each delicate page exposes the manuscript of Jonny Briggs under deep hypnosis exploring ideas central to his work.
